About us is important. I have been a rescue for over 12 years with an emphasis on reuniting pets with their owners. I have received many calls from strangers and businesses reporting animals which I rescue, clean, feed and get medical attention for if needed.

I then check all registries of lost animals to see if there is a match. I spend hours, and sometime days searching and calling possible owners. It is mind boggling that owners can not truly remember little details about their pet when they report it missing. The emotional stress of the loss and their heart break in that situation leaves the mind to forget important information and facts that could be life saving to their missing pet.

I have seen the reunions, dreamed impossible to happen, all the odds stacked against the return. It is so much more then rewarding. To find the right owner and reunite the family and pet that has given up hope, is life changing.

Reunited pets become so excited, so glad to be with their family that they almost fall apart from all their joy. It is the end of the separation anxiety that riddle both pets and their owners. It brings joy that is unmeasurable.

I have known the emotional sadness of losing a very special pet. The grief and pain are substantial. I decided that there has to be a way to get help quickly and cut the risk of the missing pet being permanently lost. I started assigning my rescues tracking numbers I later defined as a "PSN". A "Pet Security Number".

The PSN serves many functions and is far superior to the "Chip." You do not need to catch the animal and take it to a vet to have an antique machine read the chip. One cell phone is all any one needs to be able to make a difference in the life of both a lost pet and their owner.

Any one can easily report a pet. Either missing or found 24/7 you can get help or be a hero. On the Internet or by the 800 toll free number. Alliances with broadcast companies will allow alerts to go out so the public is notified and a greater effort is in place to locate and even save the lost pet.

The registered information will clearly let any one know any special needs and if it is OK to get medical attention immediately, if the animal needs it. From a very safe and secure stand point all the needed public information will be easy to complete and simple to understand.
