If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or you feel your intellectual property rights have otherwise been violated, you must provide YBS, Inc'c copyright agent the information that is requested upon such claims.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Entire Agreement The TERMS OF USE constitutes the entire agreement between you and PetResQ911.org and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and PetResQ911.org. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain Services, affiliated services, third party content or third party software. 4. CONDUCT OR STATEMENTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE OR ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR ANY OTHER MATTER.
5. DOWN TIME ARISING FROM DOS (DENIAL OF SERVICE), DDOS(DISTRIBUTED DENIAL OF SERVICE), SLASHDOTTING/DUGGING (HIGH TRAFFIC ARISING FROM THESE OR OTHER HIGH TRAFFIC SITES), OR ANY OTHER ATTACK AND / OR REASON WHICH RESULTS IN DOWN TIME THAT IS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL.
