We believe in animal rights and this is a heartfelt PLEA for YOUR support of the most pivotal change EVER.
WE NEED SIGNATURES ON OUR PETITIONS. The purpose and only intention is:
To power the need to implement the Pet License Law and privatize animal control.
It is not like any other and it will determine the FUTURE of ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL. IT'S TIME TO END THE BLOOD BATHS of healthy companion animals.

These are GOVERNMENT RUN facilities that actually PROFIT from killing healthy animals.
I think you know already but I can assure you there are homes for all.
Owners MUST be held accountable. No other choices exist.
With computer recognition and other software programs we can easily identify an owner.
THIS IS OUR CHANCE TO TAKE ANIMAL CONTROL OUT OF THE GOVERNMENT HANDS AND PRIVATIZE it (like we did with prisons) or put in Private Public Partnerships.
The "PET LICENSE LAW" IS A GAME CHANGER.
A "PET LICENSE LAW ” will make Spay and Neutering companion animals a must, it will stop back yard breeding, shut down ALL puppy mills, and minimize (till we eradicate) torture, abuse, neglect, and abandonment.
It makes "Trophy" killing any animal a crime.
Some of these crimes will be Classified as a FELONY while others are misdemeanors.
If they are not licensed to own a pet, or they fail to spay or neuter their pets, they will learn the fines are not cheap.
