Is there 1 mayor or 2 different Mayors? Is the city manager or assistant city manager in charge of animal Control? Size of Animal control? the hold times and numbers they euthanize. The number of ACo's, and their policy regarding the community's needs. How do they hire their staff and who is their Vet on call? How big is the facility and do they have any equipment? If Yes How much equipment? What do they use for cleaning and attending to the animals in their facility. Is there outside the facility adoptions or do people come to animal control? Who assesses the animals?
Information gathering is critical to roll out a custom proposal so we can be personal and professional.
