It is not like any other and it will determine the FUTURE of ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL. IT'S TIME TO END THE BLOOD BATHS and healthy companion animal slaughters!
These are GOVERNMENT RUN facilities that actually PROFIT from killing healthy animals.
I think you know already but I can assure you there are homes for all.
Owners MUST be held accountable. No other choices exist.
With computer recognition and other software programs we can easily identify an owner.
THIS IS OUR CHANCE TO TAKE ANIMAL CONTROL OUT OF THE GOVERNMENT HANDS AND PRIVATIZE it (like we did with prisons) or put in Private Public Partnerships.
